Shipping Information

We are delighted to offer global shipping (excluding Asia and a few remote areas). Once your order is placed, our team gets to work to get your new favorites on their way to you.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order ships so you can follow its path to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 15 days of you receiving the item. The original proof of purchase or order number must accompany the return.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and exclusivity of certain specialized collections, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bridal Shoes: Due to their custom and special-order nature.
  • Made in Italy Collection: These are exclusive, often made-to-order, handcrafted items.
  • Clearance or Marked-Down Items: These are final sale unless they arrive defective.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Use the template below for ease.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely repackage the item in its original box and packaging to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds and Funding

After your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item. The time for the funds to appear in your account will vary depending on your payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days
    • PayPal: Up to 10 business days
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Store credit or an exchange for another item is also available upon request.
