Shipping Areas

We are delighted to offer global shipping excluding Asia and a few remote areas. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

Tracking

Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, we are not liable.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 15 days of you receiving the item. The original proof of purchase or order number must accompany the return.

• Bridal Shoes: Due to their custom and special-order nature.
• Made in Italy Collection: These are exclusive, often made-to-order, handcrafted items.

Return Process
